Champagne winemakers since three generations at Sacy (Montagne de Reims) on an estate owned by the family since the XVth century.
Sustainable Agriculture HVE3 (High Environmental Value level 3) and VDD ( Sustainably-committed Winemakers). Low level of sulphites, home-made '"liqueur", exclusive use of the "Cuvée".
Offered in its attractive transparent bottle, our Brut Blanc de Blancs 100% Chardonnay is elegant, delicate and well-balanced.
Our Brut Blanc de Noirs 100% Pinot Noir offers subtle gingerbread notes and a long finish with leather hints, while bringing together fruity and flowery aromas.
From the emblematic grape of the area, this Brut Blanc de Noirs 100% Meunier offers a remarkable fruitiness and suppleness, bringing balance and structure to this infinitely delicate wine.
This superb Champagne, half Pinot Noir and half Chardonnay is fermented and aged in oak barrels. Its extraordinary freshness is the result of the harmonious and subtle union of wood, technique and talent, leaving a long, full-bodied mouth. This fine Brut wine comes in a very beautiful antique-coloured bottle, numbered and limited to 250 bottles each year.
This Rosé Brut is made from the three grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, with 10% of the red wine coming from our ancient vines. Its lovely colour and packaging will make it more fun !
The ambassador of our House, this Champagne Brut comes from the marriage of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay enriched with several years' reserve wines. A beautiful combination of complexity, finesse, fruity elegance and freshness, a tribute to its superb terroir.
